Very Welcoming

Mr Ong was very welcoming at my initial assessment visit, and I was pleased by his careful examination of my eyes and the clear way in which he explained the procedures that he proposed; the accompanying leaflets were also very clear and helpful; surgery was arranged minimal delay and I was very happy with the whole procedure.
